Had a rat problem with them living under the decking in my garden.I had bird feeders which obviously attracted them. Michael came quickly after we called about a rat nest in our rockery. He explained clearly what he would do for a single fee, and that he would visit weekly until the problem is resolved. It took a total of 7 visits (arriving promptly at the arranged time) before he was able to declare himself satisfied that the problem was solved!
