I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

11/07/24 22:00 We found a wasp nest in the roof space at home. Emailed the company and got a prompt reply from Sean within 10 mins! 12/07/24 10:00 Sean attended. All sorted. Wasps/Nest no more. Great service. Sean was happy to explain the whole process. Professional and knowledgable. Would absolutely recommend.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

We had a swarm of honey bees move into our chimney within a matter of hours. We very swiftly contacted some removal companies. Following a heart stopping quote from one company we kept searching and then came across Marcus and so glad we did. The service was amazing from start to finish. We were kept well informed both for the preparations and during the removal. Marcus is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about bees which stood out in his work. The removal was carried out to the highest standard and our chimney left as good as new. Marcus has checked in with us several times since to check that we have remained bee free. Excellent job from Marcus and would not hesitate to recommend his company. Thank you again.

I needed someone to do some exploratory work to identify if/where a hive could be. Marcus provided a first rate professional service. He was swift to reply and come out to our house to assess and advise on the bees in our chimney. His knowledge on bee behaviour and use of his camera scope produced a clear image of the bees and combs in the chimney pot. Marcus has a wealth of experience and can communicate in a knowledgeable and friendly way. I would rate this as a five star service and would recommend him with all bee concerns. Marcus undertook a live bee removal survey for me, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very helpful in confirming by thermal imaging that a former 3yo bees nest had been abandoned. Had a full live removal been necessary, Lakeside would have been VERY competitively priced compared to alternative quotations obtained. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from Dan. We had a squirrel problem in the loft and Dan was able to advise and help us solve the problem. He was reassuring and helpful and always responded well to communication. Dan is amazing, so genuine and puts the effort in. He made me feel really calm and I always felt he would sort this issue from the start!
