Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Paul was absolutely brilliant and has helped solve a rat problem in our property. Gave us lots of advice, even gave us a push on his 2nd visit to ensure we get some of his recommendations carried out, which was exactly the push we needed! They came to remove a wasp nest lodged inside the wall of our house and another hornets nest in the back garden tree which after many failed attempts to safely and humanely remove both myself, they handled in one day and we haven’t seen any wasps or hornets again since. Very fairly priced, very quick and efficient and exceptionally gracious and understanding aftercare customer service from Jamie as I didn’t realise I hadn’t paid the invoice and forgot to pay it again after he reminded me. Just moved into a new home on the Island and immediately had a problem with bees. We called Coast to Coast Pest Control and Daryl was here in under half an hour. Fantastic service! Amazing service. Came out to investigate noises in ceiling of ground floor flat and found no entrance point. Ensured they tried traps at suspected entrance points - the one under the bath was the one - something the previous pest control never tried. Friendly and personable and even followed up to ensure everything was okay before re-visiting to remove the caught pests. First class service.

Amazing service, solved the rodent problem on day 1, but continued to provide followup visits to ensure no further activity. Thorrough and detail focused. When he couldn't find the entry point on my property, went around to all 3 of my neighbours until entry point found and sorted. Despite not working at weekends on one visit, he made the time to provide the service anyway and did so with the same dedication, even though it came out of his personal time. That was definitely much appreciated. Left nothing to chance and we were ALL thrilled with his work. Lovely man, great service, definitely one I am recommending to all my friends. This was definitely a great find.

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

Mandy and her apprentice, Erica, were just amazing. I had felt slightly traumatised by our infestation of mice, but, after Mandy’s visit, I felt relieved and more relaxed! Mandy helped me understand what signs to look for, what the root causes of the mouse influx were and how to mitigate the risk of future entry. The visits were thorough and full of insightful information. Mandy and Erica were fun and friendly too, and I noticed how Mandy took the time to explain her findings and tactics to her apprentice in a really clear and thoughtful way. Great service. Sean was happy to explain the whole process. Professional and knowledgable. Would absolutely recommend.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. I used Pest Shop Boys during summer to help with keeping rats out of the house. They were much more thorough than a previous company we used, reasonably priced and coordinated with myself and my upstairs neighbours to ensure the whole building was sorted. They concluded they thought it was the drains so they fitted a valve and it's been a few months now and so far so good! Darren and Jacinta were very friendly and helpful and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

After suspecting we had rats in our loft, we contacted the Pest Stop Boys and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. He was extremely quick to come round and identify exactly how the rats were getting in. He then put everything in place to sort the issue, being extremely thorough, explaining everything to us along the way and also came back a few days later to check everything was going to plan. What was a pretty nasty discovery was quickly resolved with 5* service. Highly recommend!
