Well we actually only had a phone call - but he spent some time explaining why we have a wasp problem and gave some really practical advice which we massively appreciated!

GH Pest Control came highly recommended to me to handle a wasp nest problem that we had in our home. Gavin was calm and professional. I contacted Guildford Wasp Control when I discovered a small wasp nest in my shed. I felt rather stupid as the wasp nest didn't seem that big on a second look. Gavin arrived the next day and didn't make me feel stupid for calling him out. He said it wouldn't have been long before the grubs hatched and a bigger nest created. He professional dealt with the queen and the nest. Thank you for your help!

Gavin is very professional, I highly recommend him if you have a wasp or hornet nest that needs to go. Very prompt response, within an hour he had replied and within a matter of days (would have been sooner but I needed him to wait) he came out and treated the nest. Now I can actually open my bedroom windows so no more stuffy nights for me :)

While fixing a shed door for my parents, I saw wasps flying in and out a hole in the shed. I called this company, explained the situation, and was really pleased the wasps could be dealt with the next morning... Anyway, it was a LARGE wasps' nest, so definitely best left to a professional! He treated the area and physically removed the nest. There were a few stray wasps, but they vanished within a couple of hours. Good job and he seemed like a nice guy.... recommended.
