I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough, as soon as I contacted him he was here at my home, my patio door lock had seized up and I could not get out, he has now put a new lock on, he is such a very kind and extremlely helpful man. I now feel safe and secure in my home, thank you Kevin. I know I can call on him anytime and he will be there.!!

Called Elite as my door lock had broken on double glazed door in Poole. Kevin came out, diagnosed fault, had to order the part and came back next day and fitted new part. Door works a treat now. Very happy customer
