Nick came out very quickly to help me with my sticky door locks. He soon sorted out the problems, without selling me anything I didn’t really need. I would recommend this local independent business.

Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. We approached Keywise Locksmiths to get three external door locks sorted out. It wasn't a straight forward job with locks swopped out, so there was an acceptable delay. The fitting was done efficiently and quickly - no mess and no fuss. The price was also reasonable and we have several spare keys. Thank you!

I initially telephoned to find out if I could get keys cut. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I had 4 keys cut £6.00 each(relatively small request) but the chap who cut them could not be more helpful. Certainly would highly recommend.

Had an issue with rear external door. Contacted Veteran locksmiths and Murray came out a few hours later to address the problem. Parts were ordered and fitted within 48 hours. Brilliant service by Murray who was very friendly and informative and explained what had gone wrong and what he was doing to remedy it. Would be more than happy to use them again should any issues arise.

He suggested alternatives to save me money. Who does that these days? I got new locks on my doors. Graham and his team are coming round next week to have a look at my leaky windows and to fit security cameras. After thinking I had got an ignition problem fixed at a large garage. It was not. I was stuck in a Tesco car park. I called Steve out from Auto locksmith. He came out to me as soon as he could, understood what the problem was and although he had to order me a part he got me up and running again as quick as he could. He kept me informed and was super helpful and friendly.

Chris replaced the locks on our new house - he came on time and completed it really quickly. He was lovely and provided extra reassurance that it was a good quality door. Chris was absolutely brilliant. I posted a job on Check-a-Trade and Chris contacted within minutes and came early the following morning to replace the gear-box in our PVC door. He was professional, kind and did brilliantly. I can't recommend him enough. Five stars!!!!

Marks was great at replacing 3 windows at my property as well as replacing the hinge on a large opening window. He was understanding of my odd schedule and worked with it to fit it in the work. Had needed to renew our conservatory lock and handles for ages. Phoned Dan who came out the same day and measured up and took the lock details. Replaced and fitted them within 48 hrs all done. Great job, no hassle and fair price. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Dan managed to open an old blocked lock, which was original with the house, unusual and I would have regretted to have to replace it. He was very patient, took his time and managed to salvage the lock, took it to his workshop to make the adjustments and came back to refit it in perfect working condition. I can not recommend him highly enough! Totally professional and perfectionist at a very fair price.

Visited the Boorer Lock & Safe Co. in the Folly Market. Explained the problem with our front door lock. Locksmith arrived on the dot next day as arranged. After stripping the unit down & discovering the fault Dan promised to find a replacement unit ASAP. This he did and returned to fit. Much to our amazement Dan treated his first visit as a survey & didn’t charge. After fitting new unit Dan carried out extensive checks. The total cost including parts was extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with the end result and the first class service. Highly recommended.

Dan did a great job on my very old uPVC front door. It was not a simple job, he had to track down the right parts for the job. He also fitted locks to my very old aluminium windows. Great price, great customer service. Very quick and efficient
