Within 10 minutes of messaging, my door was looked at and problem assessed. 24 hours later once new part had arrived the door was fixed. Have struggled opening the door for weeks, and then keys failed to work too. All sorted now. Excellent service!

I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough, as soon as I contacted him he was here at my home, my patio door lock had seized up and I could not get out, he has now put a new lock on, he is such a very kind and extremlely helpful man. Called Elite as my door lock had broken on double glazed door in Poole. Kevin came out, diagnosed fault, had to order the part and came back next day and fitted new part. Door works a treat now. Very happy customer
