Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. Steve also went out his way by more than 1 hour to collect the part required to sign this job off. If needed again in the future for any service I would not hesitate to call Birch Locksmiths.

Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.

Mark arrived in good time and assessed the situation. Having decided on the solution he told us when he would be back later that day. Job completed the same day including extra keys cut.

What a wonderful firm KBO are. Couldn’t be more helpful and efficient and in these days of rogue locksmiths choose KBO every time. He suggested alternatives to save me money. Who does that these days? I got new locks on my doors.
