Darren has been extremely helpful attending to an issue with my front door which needed some adjustment after it had dropped on one side. He also replaced the window gaskets / seals on my bi-fold doors. Darren was prompt, very reliable, and professional. I would totally use him again for all my door, locks and window issues. I recommend him highly. He's also one of life's really nice guys. Thanks Darren for all your help.

We discussed what would be suitable as an extra door lock. He mentioned a few locks and the one we agreed on was to be solid lock fitted where I wanted. Darren worked out the price (and gave me the option of purchasing the lock myself), I was happy for him to fit and supply at a date and time convenient to us both. Darren attended at my address today at the agreed time. He explained the workings of the new lock (with 3 keys) and answered my questions honestly. He cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly recommend Darren as a Professional who does his job thoroughly and with pride, he is polite and engaging in conversation. Excellent service. We'd locked ourselves out, age and phone call to the office at 6pm, Murray was with us within 10 minutes and had us back in. No mess, no damage! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.

Mark arrived in good time and assessed the situation. Having decided on the solution he told us when he would be back later that day. Job completed the same day including extra keys cut.

Dan came out straight away on New Years Eve to change the lock and get our holiday tenants back in our holiday cottage after they lost the key in the evening. Dan was fantastic it didn’t take him long to get back into our property without causing any damage, he changed the lock complete with new keys. I would 100% recommend Dan to anyone, he was friendly, quick and did a fantastic job.

Had an issue with rear external door. Contacted Veteran locksmiths and Murray came out a few hours later to address the problem. Parts were ordered and fitted within 48 hours. Brilliant service by Murray who was very friendly and informative and explained what had gone wrong and what he was doing to remedy it. Would be more than happy to use them again should any issues arise.

The service provided was excellent. From initially contacting the business, Murray was here within 4hrs. He was able to resolve the problematic issue with closing/locking the front door. Very polite, efficient and no mess was left. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and using their services in the future.

Chris was absolutely brilliant. I posted a job on Check-a-Trade and Chris contacted within minutes and came early the following morning to replace the gear-box in our PVC door. He was professional, kind and did brilliantly. I can't recommend him enough. Five stars!!!!

Brilliant service. Jo in the office is very knowledgeable and Paul came out quickly and identified the problem and programmed a new key in his mobile workshop. The cost was as the estimate and overall the whole experience was exemplary.

Visited the Boorer Lock & Safe Co. in the Folly Market. Explained the problem with our front door lock. Locksmith arrived on the dot next day as arranged. After stripping the unit down & discovering the fault Dan promised to find a replacement unit ASAP. This he did and returned to fit. Much to our amazement Dan treated his first visit as a survey & didn’t charge. After fitting new unit Dan carried out extensive checks. The total cost including parts was extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with the end result and the first class service. Highly recommended.

Dan managed to open an old blocked lock, which was original with the house, unusual and I would have regretted to have to replace it. He was very patient, took his time and managed to salvage the lock, took it to his workshop to make the adjustments and came back to refit it in perfect working condition. I can not recommend him highly enough! Totally professional and perfectionist at a very fair price.
