Dan was very pleasant and helpful with what I thought was a problem with our front door. As it turned out to be the screw of the latch simply being loose (that shows how much I know), there was no charge, which I think was very kind as it was still a call-out with time and travel etc. Dan left me a card for contact and mentioned their services that includes misted double glazing repair, so I'd be happy to call them again if there was a genuine problem with our doors or windows.

Dan came out straight away on New Years Eve to change the lock and get our holiday tenants back in our holiday cottage after they lost the key in the evening. Dan was fantastic it didn’t take him long to get back into our property without causing any damage, he changed the lock complete with new keys.
