Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.

Locked the key in the boot of the car today and was lucky enough to get in touch with Alex. We were 2.5 hours from the spare key at home, down in Chichester for a day and it just was not the headache we needed. Alex gave us a price, a time of arrival and he didn't fail. I initially telephoned to find out if I could get keys cut. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I had 4 keys cut £6.00 each(relatively small request) but the chap who cut them could not be more helpful. Certainly would highly recommend.

Had an issue with rear external door. Contacted Veteran locksmiths and Murray came out a few hours later to address the problem. Parts were ordered and fitted within 48 hours. Brilliant service by Murray who was very friendly and informative and explained what had gone wrong and what he was doing to remedy it. Would be more than happy to use them again should any issues arise.

Darren was recommended by my breakdown engineer as there was a problem with my key linking to my car. I contacted Darren in the evening expecting an expensive call out fee. Instead Darren gave me a reset instruction which worked. No call out and no fee. It is delightful to come across such kindness.
