This is a great little electrical store situated just on the outskirts of Otley Town, most of us buy bulbs fuses etc from the supermarkets, however there is no one there to give any advice in this store very friendly and helpful staff and the prices are very good.

This local company was recommended to me a couple of years ago. We were so impressed with the service and competitive prices we have been dealing with them ever since.

This business is first class. Had all the components I needed for a motorhome electrical hook up. They even fitted the two connectors on the ends of the lead FOC .

I called in yesterday to purchase a replacement adaptor for a piece of work equipment. Unfortunately, this was not an item stocked, however, I left with a temporary fix to my faulty item, two links to where I could purchase a replacement item as well as having had a phone call made to try and trace a replacement item. Excellent, honest, customer service at its best. Thank you. I missed shop dog and would have liked to have met either but the chat with their boss was ok in their absence. Thanks again.
