We had an electrical emergency at home and contacted Matty out of hours in a panic. He reassured us straight away and went out of his way to help. He quickly identified the problem, put a temporary fix in place to keep things safe, and came back to resolve it fully. Matty was reliable, efficient, and professional throughout.
