Alex attended our flat tonight about a meter problem. However, he managed to detect a more serious problem that was caused by another engineer which he informed us was dangerous for our safety. Such a change to have a tradesman that turns up on time and carry out two jobs one of which was changing an electric shower and the other fixing a slow flow to a cold water feed. Both were done within the hour and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Peter came round on short notice to upgrade our fuse box and install an induction oven after we were let down by another electrician. Did an excellent job, very friendly and happy to explain things. We'll be getting Peter back again soon to do some other smaller jobs around the house, and eventually gradually re-wire the house. Definitely recommend!

We had extra sockets added, new ceiling lights fitted, new smoke alarms, light switch replaced and the relocation of a light switch. Peter was friendly, helpful and gave great advice on positioning of sockets and solutions to various issues we needed to solve. His price was good value and he was punctual, we would definitely recommend.

We used Peter to upgrade some of the old sockets in our house from single to double ones, to install a few new ones and change a pull light to a switch. He was polite and professional, gave advice and discussed with us our options. From initially starting the work to getting it done, it was quick and communicated well. Peter installed several plugs, removed old ones from skirting boards and installed some wall lights. He visited our flat beforehand to understand our needs and give us a quote. He was able to begin the work the following week. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked to a very high standard and left our flat clean and tidy. He even rewired one room entirely to make sure we wouldn't need to this at a later stage after our floors have been installed. Because we're still in the middle of decorating, he left the plugs and lights off the walls to make our job easier and he'll call back at the flat once we are finished! Ken & Tom were bang on time today and did a fantastic job making some alterations to our new build! We had an additional socket fitted in a difficult position, an external light and a Ring hardwired doorbell installed. They left everywhere just as they found it. We're great at cleaning up, making sure to wear shoe socks when walking through the house and kept us updated with all the works along the way, including answering our questions and helping out with issues we may come across in the future. Really happy with the work and would recommend them any day of the week! Wish they'd done the house instead of the homebuilders!

Stuart (and his apprentice, George) have done an absolutely cracking job of rewiring our entire house. There was some old, very old, pretty dodgy electrics with wires going goodness knows where! They fitted all our switches and plug sockets. They added extra lights where we asked them to and set up different rings for different parts of the house. They turned up when they said they would and got the job finished when they said they would. They came back to do little extras we asked and worked to an ever moving brief. They were both polite, chatty, a good laugh while still having impeccable work ethic. They took real care of our floorboards and did really tidy work with the wires. The price for all the time, effort, care and attention, was unbelievably good - I would go as far as to say a bargain. Would recommend (and do) to absolutely anyone that needs any work doing.

Since last having Michael out I have installed a kitchen. It was an easy decision to invite him back to quote for first and second fix regarding the electrics. The price was where I was expecting it to be and any extras he was happy to discuss during the install. I provided the drawings to Michael and when I came home everything was done to the MM including very tidy channelling in the walls. Nothing was an issue. Second fix went great, he tested the appliances and tested and certified all work. Within 24 hours he has returned all paperwork to me. I look forward to having Michael back for the stairway. What a great experience. I called in a panic as my electric had gone off. We talked through on the phone and discovered the issue lay with Northern power grid. They provided the emergency number and even checked in later that day to check if all was resolved.
