Excellent service. Called today after house flooded, received good advice over the phone and promised to call back later and come out. Received a call at the time promised, and the work was completed swiftly. Everything was explained concisely without jargon (and no condescending ‘tradesman to woman’ stuff, if you’re female you’ll know what I mean!). I feel the price was reasonable considering the swift, skilled service. Receipt/invoice provided for insurer. And to top it all off, a very friendly and personable chap. Really pleased with everything and can recommend confidently.

This Guy is the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable guy I had the good fortune of calling in my hour of need. Sunday evening emergency and he helped out immediately and diagnosed over the phone and got my electricity on again. He knows what he is doing and I’m glad it was him I called. We had an electrical short and we figured we'd install a couple of dimmer switches while we're at it. Scheduling was easy and Simon quickly isolated and solved the short, He then replaced the switches in minutes. Highly recommended!

We had lights that did not work in our bedroom since we moved in. Had an engineer round from our insurance and basically tell us it was gonna be a huge job. Well it was a pretty big job in the end, lifting up carpets, underlay, chipboard flooring and insulation to get to the fittings from above, but despite arriving at 4:30, Simon stayed until the job was done and even offered look at something else afterwards for no extra charge. He was lovely, really helpful, explained everything he did, and wanted to charge us for 2 hours despite doing 2hrs 30mins labour but I insisted since he had been so good. Would use again, 5/5.

We enquired originally for a quotation on the phone with Shaun, and found him to be most helpful and knowledgeable, we arranged a time and agreed the quoted electrical works to be done. Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

Harrison carried out all the electrical work for our new kitchen including an enhanced lighting system and, where appropriate, isolation switches. His work included advice and design which ensured we achieved a modern installation that also complied with all regulations which would apply to a 'new build' house. He also installed heat and smoke detectors covering the whole house. We are extremely pleased with the standard of his work, his co-operation with the other contractors involved (joiners, plumbers etc) and his focused work style. We paid for materials at the commencement of the work and the balance on completion. We consider his overall cost very reasonable and will engage him again when the need arises.

We recently had Intelec back to our property to install a bathroom fan/outdoor lighting and security cameras. As usual the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. We had eight external lights and three cameras installed (on natural stone walls so no easy task!) and the wiring job on these devices is impressive to say the least as you can not see a single wire on show! Plus all devices were positioned/aligned to perfection using the latest laser technology equipment. This is our fourth onsite visit from the guys and as usual could not be happier with the work/service they provide. It goes without saying we will have them back next year without any hesitation for further electrical work we have in mind. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I could not recommend Fletcher Electric enough! Matt saved the day when our previous electrician dropped out half way through our kitchen renovation. He quickly got to grips with the wiring that had been installed by the previous electrician and clearly explained to us what work was outstanding. No question was too big or small for Matt and he spent a long time answering our queries. Matt was reliable, skilled, fairly priced and friendly. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!

Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

He arrived when he said he would, he double checked what needed to be done, and then did a very professional and tidy job putting in three new double sockets and amending a light switch. He was polite and very friendly to chat with whilst he worked and even made a couple of suggestions regarding some other work being done. Danny did all the electrical work during our renovations last year. This involved all new wiring to the extension (lights, plugs, ovens, fans, hard wired smoke detector, a new panel, outdoor day/night lighting). He is punctual and tidy.
