Just moved into a house and had some issues with the lights, which resulted in an outage. We ended up having to call at around 7 last night but within 40 minutes he came out and managed to source the issue and fix it super quick. Would happily use again!

Araz picked up the phone and came efficiently even though it was late. He was professional and respectful and fixed the faulty alarm quickly and with no mess. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Really brilliant and relieved that my alarm is no longer sounding every minute!

Araz was brilliant on our emergency call out. We contacted him at 20:50 and by 21:15 he was with us. He was very professional and did a top quality job in good time. We will definitely use him again in the event of another emergency, but hopefully I don’t drill through another wire again.

We used Armley Electrical following failure of the upstairs electrics. They came round within the hour and were very quick to diagnose the problem (attributed to previous shoddy workmanship). They made the situation safe and returned a couple of days later to fix the fault. They took time to explain the issue and what checks I needed to carry out in future. I found them to be extremely professional and thorough, and they cleaned up on completion of job. They didn't push a sale but encouraged me to search for other quotes before agreeing to the work. I was particularly impressed with the engineer assigned to the job - Terence. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and would highly recommend.

I had a situation where I needed an Electrical Test ASAP, I’d not used this company previously and even though it was very short notice they agreed that they could do it. Tony responded quickly to my request for a quote for work to be completed at my Son's flat. The work was completed on time and professionally. The team are friendly and prices are very reasonable. We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Stress free full house rewire The house needed a full rewire, which was a daunting prospect, but after a thorough inspection and consultation to discuss our requirements the whole process was made so stress-free. My requirements included: new double sockets and light switches (including 2 dimmer switches) throughout, a new mains fuse box with modern safety features, external sockets in the garden and garage, timed outdoor lighting and LAN ports. They were friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgable – everything was explained to us throughout. Communication was excellent, emails, phone calls and paperwork were all received promptly. They tidied up after themselves too. We have no hesitation recommending them to our family and friends. We will definitely be using their services again :)

I’ve had all my electric works done by BJA for years and highly rate them to family and friends. They’ve recently helped with a renovation of my kitchen and lounge at home which involved a full re-wire and a new fuse board. 10/10, Andy helped right from the outset with the design and the rest of the team were a delight to have working at my house! Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend Flora Electrical Service to anyone. It can be sometime difficult to find reliable trades people and I will be keeping their details in my back pocket.
