I was very impressed with the efficiency and workmanship of Tony and his team. They did a full rewire on my house and left my house in a much much better place than it was. They went over and beyond what I originally expected. Other electrians wanted a full week and to leave big gaping holes everywhere. Tony only asked for a day and a half and filled every run or hole that was made. There aren't enough reviews on here, but go see checkatrade for nearly 100 positive reviews and a score of 9.95

John came to fit x3 nests for us. It was a very complicated installation as zonal heating. John managed to do this for us and also fixed another electrical issue we had at the same time. John was very professional and furthermore very happy to help us with a few teething issues we had using the nest. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job with rewiring my 1930s ex local authority house. From first contact, he was great at communicating and explaining everything. He came to look at the job when he said he would, and walked round each room asking where I wanted sockets and lights, to ensure that everything was just as I wanted it. After a slight delay due to the weather, Chris and his team completed the workout quickly and to a high standard, and at a very reasonable price. Our 1930s house needed rewiring. We gathered several quotes but we decided to go with EES Yorkshire as we liked the way Chris communicated how the works would be done, minimising the time they will take to be completed and also offered us a very competitive quote. Matt and his team came to fit a new consumer unit and 3 plug sockets. They managed to squeeze us in really quickly after giving us a fair and honest quote, and they arrived early on the morning to get straight on with the job. Matt was really clear with what needed doing, and gave us different price options to choose from. He gave us really helpful advice and made it all very easy to understand as I'm not a handy person at all! Work was done quickly and professionally, and left the house clean and tidy once completed. I'm really happy with the job they did and would definitely use them in the future and recommend to anyone who needs electrical work doing.

I first used Matt, Chris and the lads for a full rewire at a previous home in 2010, when the snow was so deep most people wouldn’t have come out. Since then they have been a part of my various house renovations and nothing has ever been too much trouble even the smaller jobs like recently fitting new external lights. The actual work itself was done in a timely manner following methodical steps. Kept me upto date during key steps for future records. This is how tradesmen should be. On first contact with AVS nothing was too much trouble. I did have a lot of questions and with patience and understanding these were answered. During the works (full domestic re-wire) AVS called to say when they would arrive. The installation and fit was carried out in a most professional and extremely tidy way. Any queries I had were dealt with and each step of the job I asked about was explained in a friendly manner.I have no hesitation in recommending AVS.

Intelec recently completely rewired my house and did an excellent job. Stuart went through in detail the option available and current regulations. As we are currently doing a lot of renovation works to the house there was a couple of months between the first and second fix but Intelec were very flexible and worked with me to get the best possible finish. We recently had Intelec back to our property to install a bathroom fan/outdoor lighting and security cameras. As usual the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. We had eight external lights and three cameras installed (on natural stone walls so no easy task!) and the wiring job on these devices is impressive to say the least as you can not see a single wire on show! Plus all devices were positioned/aligned to perfection using the latest laser technology equipment. This is our fourth onsite visit from the guys and as usual could not be happier with the work/service they provide. It goes without saying we will have them back next year without any hesitation for further electrical work we have in mind. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

These guys are absolutely spot on! They've repaired fittings, installed new sockets in more convenient locations among other jobs. Great workmanship with a GENUINE can do attitude. Will continue using them for a long time ho come!
