Had an electrical issue and called ISE. They came out at 8:30pm with no hesitation, even though it was out of hours! Super quick response, really friendly, and got the job sorted in no time. Great service and work from James. Used the online form on a Sunday, got call back on the Monday morning, fully understood the needs of the job straigth off. James the electrician attended to fit 2x Ring Floodlight cameras at my property, he is a very friendly and professional chap who takes pride in his work, we had a lovely chat while he was there to carry out the work. I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light! I called SJK as they were working on a property near by. They were quick to respond to my request and come and assess the job. They provided me with a written quote that I was happy to go ahead with. Craig arranged to come the following week and complete the work. All was done very neatly and professionally, In fact you can’t tell what has been done even though he had to get behind some boxing in in one room!
