Our fuse board was a mess, upside down and in the most awkward a place, we got turned down by 3 london companies when asking to re fit it, then maclaren electrical come to have a look and I thought it was going to be the same but no, connor took the job on instantly without any fuss and just got it done. All he asked for was a vanilla latte! Can not recommend these guys enough they really got us out of a sticky situation as without the re fit our license would have been effected! Thanks

For a business like ourselves that’s been established since 1976 we have used dozens of electrical firms for all sorts of work. From pac testing, to fill re wires and always been left short with satisfaction. Well that’s until we found maclaren electrical and owner connor. The service was better than any we’ve had with any trades that we have used over the years, he went over and beyond what we asked him to do in visit one and since he’s fixed so many things that other companies had clearly poorly done over the years. I couldn’t recommend Connor and his team enough and I’m actually trying to find things I want done electric wise just to get the boys back in as I I’m so impressed with the whole firm and what they provide. They also really understand the value of looking after clients in terms of value for money. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my commercial or domestic works. I use maclaren electrical for all headmasters surbiton needs , reliable, trustworthy and do the best job . No matter how big or small they will always accommodate us as quick as possible. 100 % recommend, the best around ! Tony and his team were excellent - we had three installation jobs which were completed quickly, as requested and to a high standard. Very responsive and even a minor miscommunication issue was resolved very generously. Pricing was transparent and invoicing was a breeze.

On the day we moved into a new home we had an emergency where our power kept tripping. Roger fitted us in at the end of his day and stayed until the problem was resolved. He even helped ensure we had hot water! We couldn’t have been more pleased with all his help - and he made sure our first day went from stress and disappointment to peace of mind.

Having recently moved house I needed an electrician to do a couple of jobs and needed someone who could work around builders and deliveries. Very impressed with the service I received. Have had an ongoing electrical fault. When I contacted Helsdown, they clearly communicated what they would do and the costs involved. George arrived and quickly identified and remedied the fault, he also repaired a broken socket and gave some advice on testing. Work was very clean, tidy and efficient. I have rebooked them to do some further work after receiving another clear and informative quote.

We asked Helsdown Electrical Contractors to carry out an EIHC and subsequently took them up on their quote to fix the issues identified. I used Helsdown electrical and their sister company GDH fire and security, to make safe, replace & install some electrical goods. I was more than happy with the professionalism and work from Tyler and George. Can’t recommend enough!

George, Dave and Tyler were involved in the process from the beginning and explained what was needed and the costs. The first day was for electrical testing and fitting a new timer and thermostat. The second and third days were remedial work to obtain an electrical installation certificate. There was a problem with the timer due to the old gravity fed heating system that I have but the problem was explained and a solution found for the problem. All were easy to talk to, polite and helpful.

I recently got four quotes from the Surrey area to have air con units fitted in my five bedrooms. Mees were by far the most efficient and most helpful. When I contacted them within a few days a guy named Ashley came out to have a look. He was very honest and transparent. I recieved a quote within 48 hours which I was very impressed with compared to the others I had recieved. The install was done very quick and to a high standard. Would highly recommend and definitely use again if needed.
