Anderson was great to work with. He responded immediately to my plea for help, even though it was 10pm, and offered to come out the next day . He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get a new diverter valve, fitted it and serviced the boiler. Really impressed by Anderson's friendly and professional demeanour. Really made sure my heating was working everywhere in my flat & explained what was going on with my boiler in terms that I understood but without being patronising, which was very nice. Couldn’t recommend this plumber more! Anderson was brilliant - he arrived within 3 hours of my call when my boiler suddenly started leaking water. He was super friendly, fixed the boiler really quickly and explained everything to me clearly so I now feel much better able to handle future boiler problems. Really reasonably priced & very efficient!

Prompt service when I was stuck in a bind. Encountered a broken faucet where I had to close main water valve in order to stop water flow. Called up other plumbers who promised to show up on Saturday and never bothered to even call. Instead I called Pacific Solutiond Sunday morning and Anderson responded promptly. After showing him pictures of the broken faucet, he arrived with a new faucet and went straight to work. Was done in a couple of hours and must say thank you to Anderson once again.
