I'm very happy with the service I received from Steve at High Heat; he was helpful from the first phone call, advised on all the options for our replacement boiler, and moved things around to fit us in before Christmas. The work was done in one day, and he left the place clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend him!

We had an emergency leak problem this evening and found Stephen's contact via a local group where he was highly recommended. Stephen came promptly even though it was late and he fixed the issue. He is very professional, polite, friendly and explained and showed us what had caused the problem and replaced the broken part. Stephen is very efficient and we are grateful he came out of work hours, at short notice to help us out. We are really pleased with the excellent service and highly recommend Stephen. We will definitely use High Heat Heating and Plumbing again.

I booked Steve because he came highly recommended by a friend of mine. He serviced my boiler and was polite, very professional, efficient and took care while being in my home - removed his shoes, cleared up after himself and played with my dog! We experienced excellent customer service, great and clear communications, and a prompt reply to our enquiry. We were given a date and time that suited us. Steve, the attending engineer was polite, professional and very tidy. After the swift installation, everything was explained in plain terms, and we were very happy with his work.
