Hayden recently did an excellent job replacing our consumer unit and getting electrics out to our garage. When we had a separate (and unrelated to the work he'd done) issue a few days later he came out at 4.30pm on a Friday and sorted it out for us. Called Andrew on the Monday PM, needing a thermostat and switched spur installed for our underfloor heating in our conservatory. The next day, Tuesday morning at 8AM, Richard and his apprentice, Calum, turned up and sorted it out. Fantastic service!!! Great price, great service. Richard and Callum were efficient, informative, ie. They explained in "layman's terms " how to operate the very complicated thermostat. We now have a very nice and warm conservatory. Dune was an absolute star! He offered advice over the phone and then once we realised it was a bigger issue he was straight over and fixed the problem we were having with one of the sockets tripping. So friendly and kind and we will be using him for any future work we need doing and recommending his to our neighbours! Highly recommend!

From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. He worked effectively, tidily and considerately during his time in my house, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

We had a Tesla wall charger installed at our home by Coutts Electrical. Max and Alex were professional and efficient from initial contact through to the final installation. An absolute pleasure to deal with and would happily recommend them.
