I have called on Certified Electricians London Ltd three times now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. I saw their van on my way to work one morning and took a photo of their contact details painted on the side. What fortunate serendipity that has proved to be! Marlowe, my electrician on all three occasions, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the electrical issue I had on the first two occasions. He took the time to explain what was happening and offered helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. On the third occasion he fitted outdoor sockets and fitted a new ceiling light. All the work was completed to a high standard, and he made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. On top of the technical skills, I really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and tidy he was throughout the process. It's not every day that you encounter such great customer service alongside top-notch workmanship. I highly recommend David’s team at Certified Electricians London Ltd for any electrical needs and will definitely be calling them for future projects.

My experience using Certified Electricians was excellent. I had a fast response to my email enquiry regarding a replacement of an existing broken shower unit. David was extremely helpful and able to advise me on a suitable replacement. I was booked in for an appointment within a couple of days which suited me perfectly. Marlowe arrived on the day and got straight down to work. As well as being very personable, he was clearly very competent and knowledgeable, so I felt very confident in the quality of his work. I'm happy to have found Certified Electricians and would not hesitate to use their services again, as well as recommending to others. The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. The service is prompt, they are always on time and they just do the job in the most efficient and cost effective way.

Malik did a great job when moving into a new house, had arranged for him to check out the safety and do an EICR but ended up needing the entire upstairs circuit fault-checked and fixed which was all done in the same appointment. Will be booking again when next needing work!

I recently had motion-detected LED lights installed in our wardrobe, along with additional lighting in the middle section. The work was done neatly and with great attention to detail. I appreciated being consulted on the cable routing, which ensured everything stayed tidy and well-organised. A new socket was also added behind the TV in our living room. The installation was completed without any damage to the walls, leaving a clean and seamless result that I’m very happy with. Highly recommended. Jeremain and Ben installed my Tesla charger and they really did a fantastic and very tidy job - which involved extending power supply from the fuse box to the front garden. They explained the whole process in detail beforehand and are very polite and professional.

Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Bravo, what a sensational business you run. I give at least 6 stars for Lloyd Hallowell Electrics!

From my first interaction, Lloyd and his team have been responsive and helpful. They were able to take on my job of replacing a kitchen strip light really quickly and offered a competitive rate for the repair. I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. Richard has now done a number of jobs in my flat and I couldn't be happier with his work, particularly given the challenges he has faced each time courtesy of the cowboys would originally converted my flat in the 1980s. He has even saved me money by convincing me the expensive fancy spotlights I wanted to use in my bathroom wouldn't be good value as you would never see them (and they also weren't fire rated or waterproof. Gah!). The photos are of a under-shelf LED light he recently installed in my bathroom; the finish is very neat and precise and the results look great. Richard is good at his job. He’s knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. His pricing was transparent, itemising parts and labour. Overall great value for money. Highly recommended for all general household electrical work. - Replaced 22 halogen downlights with LEDs. - Replaced light switches with dimmers. - Replaced faulty Spur sockets for wall heaters. - Installed a number of double sockets. Richard was amazing from start to finish. He was great talking me through the whole process, adding in advice and feedback at key stages. There was a supply issue my side for part of the job which impacted his side, and he was super patient and communicative throughout. They were the chosen supplier by Google for my 3rd Generation Nest Installation a few years ago, so they were the obvious choice when I needed to install a new one. The company are excellent and very timeline, they literally are 24/7 and were very prompt to message me out of normal working hours for most other companies. The staff were incredibly helpful and installation was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and will be sure to use them for any other electrical jobs I might have in the future.
