Fernando was absolutely fantastic. He did a big and quite complicated job modernising electrics at my mother's house; he was super-efficient, very easy to deal with, kept me informed via photos, and also he's a really nice guy. Highly recommended.

Fernando was well recommended to us. We have scheduled him to come and help us by doing some major work in our new home when we moved in. He was very organised and punctual. I used SW Electrical to carry our safety checks and certification of the electrics at my 3 storey house which has had various mods over the last few years, most recently including replacement of the consumer unit. Really pleased with their service. Arrived on time, ran the tests on the circuitry, alerted me to a couple of issues requiring remedial action, and then got the job done with no fuss. They even cleaned up on completion !! No hesitation in recommending them

I was recommended SW Electrical from a friend and was blown away at the great service received and amazing value for money! We had a short on one of the circuits (the fault of an original bad installation) - and Fernando and his team persevered and found the issue and solved it. They even cleaned up all the mess leaving the house immaculate. They were very cost effective as well - especially versus someone like Pimlico Plumbers (who have really gouged me in the past). We have SW Electrical coming back shortly to rectify a few more issues and install some much needed outdoor lighting and have recommended to friends.

I recently hired Kostas to fix a persistent issue with the electrical wiring in our kitchen. We were experiencing constant flickering lights, and it turned out to be a faulty connection that he identified and repaired quickly. In addition to that, he also installed beautiful under-cabinet lighting, which has made such a difference in our kitchen's functionality and ambiance. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and he even took the time to explain the issue in simple terms. I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

They fixed my smoke alarms and painted my ceiling downstairs where there was damp. I'm already planning to use them again to move my electric board as the whole experience of dealing with them was so positive. They worked in a timely manner, were friendly and kept my home clean whilst doing the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician and painter.

Steve replaced the broken 20-year-old MEV unit in the flat we just moved in with another model.
