I rang Emmanuel at 11pm at night, stressed out and panicking as all the lights in the kitchen and all the sockets in every bedroom has stopped working. He answered the call politely and assured me he will be there within an hour to come take look and not to worry. He arrived promptly, knew exactly what to do, where to look and also explained to me how to see when there's an electrical fault. His service was professional, thorough and excellent.
