Excellent work. Very professional, but with very good inter-personal skills. reasonable prices. He is now our number one Go to electrician.

I rang Sam on a mid-morning weekday, worried because we’d lost power to several of our rooms, and I couldn’t figure out why. He talked the problem through, suggested some diagnostic tests I could do myself, and assured me that he’d come around at lunchtime, just a couple of hours later. He turned up as promised, set to work efficiently, and soon identified the problem (a faulty RCD switch in the electrical panel). He explained that he would have to go and get a replacement, and would be back at the end of the day, after he had completed some other scheduled jobs. He was – again – as good as his word, and he reappeared not long after 1730. It didn’t take him long to replace the faulty part … and power was fully restored. Problem solved. Sam is a friendly, efficient and responsible individual, and I would have no hesitation in asking him to tackle any other electrical issues we might have in the future. Very happy to recommend.

We engaged with Mark to investigate a fault with our electrics which had been causing the fuses to trip. He completed a thorough diagnostic and took his time to ensure he identified the cause of the fault. He fitted us a new fuseboard and took considerable care to ensure he did a proper job and explained how it worked. Mark installed an EV charger for me and I found him to be friendly, trustworthy, polite and professional. His work was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to find a tradesmen that fills you with confidence. He was not pressured by time constraints and made sure his work was complete and ensured a full understanding in handover. Fantastic service! Rang late evening in a fluster because our new burglar alarm was going off and we didn’t have a code (just moved in!). Mark was so helpful and patient and talked us through how to disarm it. We will definitely be calling on his services once we have the code to reset it so he can put it back together!!! We have just had a full re wire in a house we have purchased, IQ electrical contractors did an amazing job, as we where under a tight time scale, they went above and beyond , working weekends and bank holiday, the property was left immaculate, and the job was done to a high standard, and very compatable prices aswell. Lee did a brilliant job completely rewiring our old cottage when we renovated in 2022. Really professional & reliable, responded promptly any time we needed to contact him, gave us loads of useful advice when we were planning the layout for lights & switches etc and was always on site for whatever days & times we’d agreed, which was really helpful for the overall project management and avoided delays scheduling tasks with our other contractors. Mark carried out a full rewire of our house. The minute he left after providing a quote, we knew we'd found our electrician. Mark gave us the confidence we needed to know he is an excellent electrician; he explained everything in detail and provided recommendations that were in our best interest and within our budget. Mark is a really nice chap. He turned up exactly when arranged, even confirmed by text on the morning. I needed two light fittings replacing, along with a light switch that had started playing up. Mark did a perfect job, supplying the new fittings and even a couple of bulbs. He's friendly, efficient, knows his job, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who needs any electrical work.
