I visited today for the first time on New Years Eve 2024. I had been unable to obtain an emergency appointment with my existing dentist but my son found this practice and arranged an appointment for me (the practice has multiple excellent reviews) I was in very severe pain and had a large infection in my lower jaw that quite frankly was becoming unbearable. I was seen by Sunie who with the aid of an x-ray confirmed a potentially life threatening abscess. Sunie was very knowledgable and experienced with the right contacts to arrange emergency abscess drainage at Royal Surrey. He helped out with new antibiotics and pain relief. I am so much better after that. I simply cannot thank Sunie and the great staff enough. I could not recommend this practice highly enough. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the polynucleotide treatment process. I appreciated her honesty when she advised me against certain treatments that wouldn't be effective. The results from the treatments have been remarkable. Day by day ,I see positive changes in the appearance of my under eye area .My eyes look less puffy, the pigmentation has faded, and the skin feels firmer and smother. As someone who has a phobia of dentists I am always scared of going to the dentist, however Neil and his team as amazing. They are so friendly and understanding and they always manage to put me at ease. I have had some extensive work done here and I can only say how great they are at what they do. Definitely a 5 star service.

Had a root canal procedure with Dr Stefan Ciapryna and it was amazing. No pain afterwards. Loved the water free procedure. Afterwards no pain. Not what I had been told would happen by others. Highly recommend this service.

Brilliant service by the hygienist Sarra and Kalpna, thank you. They really do know how to clean teeth with a gentle and confident touch. Thank you too to Beena the practice manager and her wonderful reception team. They did a wonderful job of resolving an issue and went the extra mile, it's a lovely practice with a team that does their best to provide a first class service to their customers. Highly recommend this clinic ;)
