My recent visit to the Practice was very good - as always. Great communications, including timely reminders, friendly and efficient staff and excellent treatment and follow up. I have been with the practice for 12 years for these very reasons.
The staff are all extremely friendly, professional and just as important happy in their work which is a sign of great leadership. My Dentist Dr. Ian Taylor is vastly experienced and I'm relaxed when he is carrying out any dental procedures. I had a small filling yesterday without an injection and I didnt feel a thing! I highly recommend Orchard House Dental Practice.
We couldn’t rate them more highly, and have been coming here for many years. Always first rate treatment in every sense.
Lovely staff always polite and professional. Surgery is more modern and clean. Recent trip involved a deep clean but I didn’t feel my injection (few!) and although not pleasant the dentist was very nice and explained the process and after care well. Next time I will bring ear phones to help drown out the sound of the drill used for cleaning ;)
I have been using this practice and in particular Mr Taylor for 30+ years. They are all friendly, professional and give you time. The premises is immaculate. I've not had to have much dental work but what I have had has been done well. I would highly recommend this practice.
