My daughter really enjoyed her first appointment with Dr Jamal and assistant Becks who were really patient with my toddler. At the beginning my daughter was too shy but with the help of the assistant she enjoyed the consultation. She really wants to come back to the dentist again!
Incredible service today from Syed, I was called to an urgent meeting at work today and Syed managed to reschedule my appointment at such short notice. He was so willing to try and resolve my issue so I didn't miss an appointment. A credit to the Surbiton Branch.
The whole team worked together to get me an emergency appt to replace a crown that had fallen out. Stephen took the time to explain various options and was considerate of my financial limitations.
Just writing my thanks to Sonila and Harpal for always making me feel looked after and for providing such a great service, especially on tricky treatments! Thanks to confidental clinic and staff.
