Plumb London came to replace my boiler. They gave a fair quote, turned up on time, did excellent work and left my house clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them, they have been by far the best and most honest plumbers I've experienced in London.

A plumber was arranged promptly over the phone and the charges were explained clearly. He turned up on time and did a good job (replacing a faulty isolation valve and a section of pipework). Went slightly over the allotted hour but only charged for the hour. I was happy with the service

I needed to get a bathtub blockage resolved quickly. Plumb London responded to my initial query through Checkatrade within 24 hours. They provided a follow up email with their pricing and procedure. They had good availability and was able to schedule the emergency job the next day so I was happy to book it in. The job was completed within the scheduled window, there was good communication and updates from the engineer. A top job and top organisation.

Fantastic experience. Had a few companies quote for a leaking boiler, each with different opinions on the root cause of the leak. Brendan was the only one who actually got to the heart of the problem by doing a thorough inspection. Really happy with the service, the customer service on the phone and the transparency on price. Our toilet was gurgling and backing up. Plumb London arrived promptly and advised us we needed a drain engineer who came the following day and jet cleaned the the sewage pipe. Thankfully normality resumed
