I requested Homeserve to send contractor to fix a pipe leak as I didn’t have good experience with their own plumbers. Homeserve sent A Lings this job. I am so glad I got them do the job. The lovely female plumber Dana came and she did a very good job and worked very hard! Attention to details and cleaned up and gave advice. I am very impressed! I will be requesting for her company again for future plumbing issues! It’s good that A Lings hires female plumbers!

Had such great service from Billy from A Lings. He was really prompt and communicative with everything. He handled my laundry list of issues like a champ and did everything really quickly and thoroughly. He explained everything really clearly to me and asked me many times along the way if I was happy with the outcome of each job. He even tightened a wobbly loo seat for me, which I didn’t even ask for. He was great!

A Lings engineer came out to me at 11am following a boiler breakdown at 12.30am that Friday morning. Part was ordered and fitted on the following Monday - just in time for elderly parents to arrive for Xmas with us. Great service, polite, understanding engineer and team at base - very impressive.

I came across this Company via my Insurance regarding a Plumbing issue. Dana attended my property within the time frame I was told. She got straight down to trying to establish the fault. She was very thorough, and very professional throughout! Although the issue could not be resolved immediately, she was quick to liaise with her team, and updated me with the next plans. After she'd left the property, I decided to Google this Company to see what other services they offered. They are rated 4.5 *, and I now understand why! Very impressed with their service!
