Ollie and the team were superb from start to finish. At the beginning we needed some help with the design of our outside office. Ollie was great and sat down and sketched out a few ideas with us. He followed up quickly and stayed in contact on a regular basis, before providing us with a detailed, clear quote shortly after our first meeting. During the build it was great to have him and the team on site, very respectful, professional and all round it was a pleasure. Any decisions/discussions during the build were open and easy, we always felt like we knew our options and the pros & cons of each. Greg has just completed an excellent unit for my study, comprising of a well designed cupboard and open bookcase, along with renovating 2 wardrobes. Greg is a true craftsman. With an amazing attention to detail. From conception of the idea through to the actually installation, Greg takes care to explain the pros and cons of your ideas. We used Greg recently at our house where he designed and built two wardrobes in our attic rooms for my daughters and some work in our lounge. From ABCPM Ltd of Farnham Greg has been a great help to our project. We had a complicated bathroom joinery installation, including a vanity unit and basin combination that had not been done before. Whilst providing guidance and recommendations, Greg's 'can-do' attitude and willingness to try and achieve our vision was very refreshing and made the whole experience less stressful than it might have been otherwise. We've used SM Carpentry for a number of jobs and most recently a new front door installation with draft excluder and fitting a kitchen with a new boiler cupboard. The job he's done was fantastic. Matthew and his team designed our master bedroom and dressing room wardrobes. From the initial meeting with Matthew at his workshop, to the completion, the whole team have been professional, timely, efficient and friendly. The process has been very smooth with information regarding installation dates being communicated frequently. Upon completion of the wardrobes, we decided that we needed an understair cupboard and Matthew obliged! All of the furniture looks very in keeping with our cottage, is of excellent quality and finish. We cannot recommend Matthew Roberts Carpentry highly enough.

Matthew has been really supportive and patient as we went through the design process for our bookcase. Visiting his workshop and going through all of the options was really useful and helped us understand exactly what we were after, especially seeing where the work would be done. Paul built fitted wardrobes for our bedroom - he is a fantastic carpenter. He was extremely efficient, friendly and kind and was able complete the whole thing in a day and a half. He was so kind to our little son, who kept trying to join in the building! He has a great eye for design and completes everything he makes to the highest standard. We are so pleased with the end product and can't wait to paint the doors and show them off!

We needed some built in cupboards and floating shelves in an alcove and are absolutely thrilled with Paul's work. He is not only a highly skilled carpenter but also a creative, and his vision and design was far beyond our expectations. Ryan and Lewis did a fantastic job installing two new interior doors, adjusting four others, and adjusting, draughtproofing and installing a new lock on the front door. Ryan has a great reputation and is in high-demand, so lead times before work starts can be long. However, once the team starts work they are tidy and efficient and the work is high quality. We had one follow-up issue with the front door being too tight, and Ryan returned to fix the problem within two days of contact. Overall fantastic service and highly recommend.

I asked Ryan to install a shed, what he did was above and beyond the call of duty, he removed two tons of soil and a load of other trash. Installed a perfect shed on an imperfect base, negotiated wonderfully with a tenant and project managed a waste collection job. Honestly I should have paid him more. He’s brilliant.

Ryan and Lewis recently fitted my new kitchen. It was very easy to liaise with them and they were responsive to requests throughout, making helpful suggestions and coordinating the other trades as work progressed. The attention to detail was impressive and this shows in the final result. I am very happy with the work and would definitely use Orchard Carpentry again should the need arise.

I found Orchard Carpentry via Trust a Trader website. Ryan communicates extremely well and has over delivered on the quality of the projects I asked for. Ryan provides a thoughtful and detailed service, considering all issues and resolving. He produced custom made shelving for two rooms and his attention to detail is second to none. Marcio and his father-in-law did a fantastic job putting in some wardrobes in two rooms and flexible hanging/shelves in my converted attic walk-in wardrobe. The finished products look lovely and they built most of it off-site, so only entailed 3.5 days of disruption at home. They are nice guys and tidy workers, leaving the place immaculate each evening. I would definitely recommend them.
