Have been using Brightside for many years now to service my LPG boiler. In that time I've also had one emergency call out, they are very reliable and will go the extra mile to assist. Excellent customer service with friendly head office staff and engineers.

I called Brightside to help with the changing of a mixer tap on a bath - although it sounds routine, there were serious access issues. However, Rob arrived, assessed the situation and after navigating the near impossible space and angles, managed to get the job done. Although it took longer than a tap change might usually take (around 80 minutes from arrival to leaving) Rob did a great job and I’ll definitely be going back for other jobs in the future. In addition, the people running the phone lines were also exemplary. From my initial call to making the payment post-job, they were positive, professional and polite at all times. All in all, a great local business for those in the Medway and wider Kent area.
