We would highly recommend Tom and his team who did an amazing job on our kitchen project, which included ripping out our old kitchen, laying new flooring through the whole of the downstairs and converting the cupboard under the stairs into a dog house. Tom remained true to his quote and was very reliable and trustworthy. He kept us updated regularly and realistically worked with us on our vision. We have future projects and Tom will be our first port of call.

Tom was first recommended to us by a local kitchen company as one of their best carpenters. He fitted our new kitchen which looked fantastic. Tom then laid a new wooden floor throughout the dining and sitting rooms. Once again all laid with precision. Tom has come back this year to put in a new kitchen worktop and prep, screed, and lay kitchen floor plus fit new skirting boards. Tom is a very personable young man works extremely hard and we will use Tom every time.

Tom and his guys were superb for us. Great communication and always on top of things. Real professionals but also very personable. We are so pleased with everything Tom has done in our home. Tom has now led the refurbishment of our kitchen, diner, hallway, utility, downstairs shower room, main bedroom, en-suite and family bathroom. There’s never any nonsense and we enjoy having him around. We tried someone else when Tom wasn’t available and got badly burned. We can’t wait to work with him on our next round! Carl and the chaps did an excellent job replacing our two front doors, constructing a cabinet for our tumble dryer and a wine rack. The quality of the work is excellent. Ryan recently completed the most beautiful tv unit for us. His work was meticulous, matching our exact specifications and making sure that the colours and materials used perfectly blended with the rest of our kitchen/living area, and our electronics all fit neatly within the shelves. Ryan also created cupboards for our utility room, under the stairs, and even a last minute door frame! All were absolutely spot on. Ryan and his team are efficient and considerate in how they work, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I found Orchard Carpentry via Trust a Trader website. Ryan communicates extremely well and has over delivered on the quality of the projects I asked for. Ryan provides a thoughtful and detailed service, considering all issues and resolving. He produced custom made shelving for two rooms and his attention to detail is second to none. My wife and I are very happy indeed. The price was very fair too, not cheap but not expensive. We will be using Ryan for our kitchen refit, within the next few months, as well as any other carpentry requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend Orchard Carpentry.

Ryan and Lewis recently fitted my new kitchen. It was very easy to liaise with them and they were responsive to requests throughout, making helpful suggestions and coordinating the other trades as work progressed. The attention to detail was impressive and this shows in the final result. I am very happy with the work and would definitely use Orchard Carpentry again should the need arise.

I asked Ryan to install a shed, what he did was above and beyond the call of duty, he removed two tons of soil and a load of other trash. Installed a perfect shed on an imperfect base, negotiated wonderfully with a tenant and project managed a waste collection job. Honestly I should have paid him more. He’s brilliant.

Toby and his colleague Aaron replaced all of our old internal doors with 13 new oak doors which have transformed the look of our house. Toby was very responsive to questions before the work and was the only provider I asked to quote who responded quickly in fact within 24 hours. He suggested slightly different doors to those I proposed which while of the same quality were slightly cheaper. The work was undertaken in a very professional manner and we are very pleased with the outcome and in fact are considering having further work done by Militao Carpentry. They were happy working round our inquisitive dogs, protected the carpets, cleared up at the end of each day (the work took a week) and were always polite and flexible. I would happily recommend.

We got in touch with Toby having followed his work on social media. We had reached the end of a large renovation project and needed some bespoke carpentry items to fit some quirky spaces - fitted ‘open style’ wardrobes in our dresser maximising space, converting a strange shower cupboard in my daughter’s bedroom into some huge storage cupboards (making good the surrounding area), building corner bookshelves in my husband’s study. And creating a storage unit to hide our TV/Console items! On initial meeting, Toby took time to understand our requirements, creating excellent drawings which brought these to life. I got to select the finish in farrow & ball paint to match our rooms, they look fabulous! The products were made and installed with great efficiency. Toby and his team were perfectionists on site and didn’t complete the project until they/us were 100% happy. We would highly recommend his services.

Toby designed and fitted some beautiful cupboards for us. We Have been using them for 6 months now, can tell the quality is good- absolutely no problems. Brilliant communication and also allowed us to change the design (from shaker style to a more traditional finish) at last minute which didn’t affect the final quote.

Sean is very professional, tidy and pays attention to detail and good finish on his jobs. Very reasonable prices, and very accomodating for urgent smaller jobs. Highly recommend him.

Sean and his team at SL Carpentry have mastered the art of making life easy- they do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and at a competitive price. Ben and Craig undertook the development work of converting two of our farm buildings into a shop and butchery and installed a new toilet and shower block for our campsite. This was a large development project; 4 months in duration, with ambitious deadlines. With our limited knowledge and experience of undertaking such a project, Ben and Craig were integral to the planning process and ensuring that our ideas translated into something that would work in practice. Ben and Craig dealt with all of the challenges of our old buildings without fuss or difficulty. In fact there was a plentiful supply of constructive ideas to deal with any issues arising, cost effectiveness and future proofing the development. At every stage of our project Ben and Craig’s communication was timely and showed consideration for pressures on our own time. They took on most of the liaising with the building control inspector and were proactive in working with the company that undertook the ground works. Something that was of great value to us was the planning and consideration shown by Ben and Craig to allow us to continue to run our business at our busiest time of year: as well as working around other activities that were happening on the farm. The work that Ben and Craig have done is a key part of the future success of our business and so far our customer feedback has been excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough; yes they are busy, but they go out of their way to ensure an all round top class job; before, during and after the project.

Ben and Craig totally transformed our house. Ben & Craig from Howard and Sturt make a brilliant team - efficient, hard working, tidy and professional. Any other trades people involved in the project have also delivered the same high standards. They have done a superb job fitting our new kitchen as well as carrying out some work in the garden (which included decking and creating a bench) and we are delighted with both.
