I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!
Elliot was punctual, professional and polite. He carried put the work to trace the pipe in our loft to make sure it wasn't still in use, or leaking. He explained what he had done to us very clearly. We would definitely recommend Elliot! Thank you!

Superb service from the start with great communication, prompt response and booking system.
