We engaged with PB&T to install a new kitchen, the associated building work and lay new flooring. The experience was excellent the quality of finish was brilliant. Lee and the Team were really helpful and communicated really well during the period. They were also really flexible when the company providing the kitchen had parts missing or parts that needed replacing. This is the 2nd time we have used PB&T for building projects and they have been great. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a professional builder that delivers.

P B & T have just completed our kitchen renovation and we’re completely satisfied with their service. The kitchen project undertaken included complex structural work on a four-story Victorian house that required qualified and skilled trades with in-depth knowledge. After several discussions with various building firms some were either reluctant to do the project at all or were too expensive. P B & T took the job on with no hesitation and better still had the best quote for the project. Lee project managed the job to completion, nothing was too much, and I was always informed. The trades at P B & T are friendly, highly skilled professionals and genuinely committed to their jobs. The project itself was completed on-time from start to finish and building control was informed at the various stages of work. We had a single storey side extension built with PB&T Joiners & Builders (side kitchen extension and downstairs shower room). Project was managed by Lee. The building work started ahead of schedule which was great, and the main building work was completed within about 8 weeks. We are very pleased with the quality and standard of work, communication with the team, and the staff and tradesmen that were involved with the building work - nothing too much trouble for them. Pricing was clear and stayed within the quote so no surprises, and they went above and beyond to ensure a high standards of workmanship and were happy to make changes where necessary. Lee provided additional quotes for extra work such as fitting a new gas boiler, and additional electrical rewiring. Work was certified and passed building control inspections with no problems. Good quality materials used and plastering finished to a very high standard. All staff were friendly, polite and were clean and careful to ensure minimum disruption to our lives, particularly when working from home. Special thank you to all the team that worked on the project including Lee, Charlie, Ash, Chris, Wayne, Dale and Connor. This is the second time we have used PB&T for building work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use their services again. Thank you.

PBT completed a tricky extension and managed the whole project from start to finish. They came in bang on budget and at no point questioned the overall vision. The only reason it isn’t a five star review is that it took a bit longer than expected.

PBT Did a kitchen renovation for me at the end of last summer. I had a couple of quotes from local building firms which was not easy as everyone is so busy. Lee came over from PBT, we talked through a few ideas and gave the best value quote so I went with them. We moved out for a few weeks as the work was happening but I was on site and spoke to all the trades to make sure we got everything as we wanted. We had a few questions and had to make a few changes along the way but nothing was too much trouble for Lee. Keith did a great job on the tiling and Charlie was very good fitting the kitchen, asked lots of questions to get it all right and even made a few extra panels to make sure we had a perfect finish. We got some of the materials and kitchen ourselves to save some costs and Lee & team were very flexible in getting all the works completed as we wanted. Would definitely use again and recommend, thanks Lee & PBT team.
