I took my daughters car in for some much needed TLC. Vince was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, he talked through a number of things we didn't need to do, didn't try to up sell or add things on. Did the work quickly and the car is in better shape than ever! A really great experience and highly recommend!

F.A.B Service today from Monty (2nd Manager, very pleasant). My ST150. It went in with-in about 10 mins of me arriving at Bagshot. The two young chaps who fitted the new Kumho Ecsta PS71 front tyres x2 worked as a great team. Also, both very pleasant & more than happy when I asked is it OK for me to watch from the edge of the work shop only, as it is interesting seeing it done. Additionally, they were very careful working round the ST150. 21k miles. Not a single mark on it. One of the chaps even got down on his knees to check on the underside to ensure the trolleys were in a safe place, that was good to see no shortcuts with the Bagshot Team. Cheers A1+. What a difference today to find pleasant & helpful staff & one thing with Merityre they will not sell you a new car battery when all it needs is full charge overnight. Popped in on the off chance on Monday morning, was seen to straight away, the problem i was having was not only explained to me the gentleman showed me the parts they where putting in, never had that kind of service anywhere else , the staff are brilliant, very friendly and knowledgeable, excellent customer service, from now on I shall be going here for my car maintenance and will recommend to friends and family.
