Brilliant customer service from Mike and the reception team today who went above and beyond expectations and quickly got me out of a non-start problem. We've been bringing our cars to Harding Auto Services for over 20 years for servicing and MOT's etc.and their work has always been first class. Good to have them as our local, trusted garage and would recommend them highly.

I received a quote for the works, dropped car off, collected the car (which is running perfectly now) and was kept updated at all stages of the work. Brilliant service from the guys….. First time using Harding Auto Services. My car was booked in for a MOT I had a rear break light out that they fixed first for me. I was greeted by the mechanic on arrival and thought that was a nice personal touch. When entering the reception area I was greeted again by a nice gent who was very professional, friendly and had great customer service skills. After the MOT they called to let me know the MOT was done and passed. When collecting the car the mechanic talked with me about the car and the rear break light.
