Brilliant family run business providing great value, high quality workmanship. I went in for a cracked alloy repair just as they were closing for Xmas but they were still welcoming and efficient! The wheel started seeping air a bit a few weeks later but Emmy was super friendly in sorting out at no cost. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The service offered is truly world class. Booked in for 8am and by 8.45am I had the wheel back on the car and was driving away. Confident, kind, considerate and reassuring and when you think that a new wheel was likely to cost me of £640 discovering what was possible on your doorstep was priceless. So thank you for looking after me today so very very well from start to finish.

Had my car spend a few days with the guys at WheelThing this week as I have an unusual bolt pattern on my wheels which means loan wheels just aren't possible for me which is absolutely fine. I had lengthy email conversations initially to make sure they knew what i wanted and i understood what they could do for me and at what price. Whilst my car was there they repaired a cracked alloy by welding it, repaired three buckled wheels which as promised they contacted me with photos to let me know what they'd found as I was expecting at least 1 or 2 buckles. They also fully refurbished all five of my alloy wheels once the welding and buckle repair was complete. They needed my car for an extra 2 days on top of the 2-3 originally quoted, this was due to the colour I was after which requires two different powder coat colours to be applied to each wheel before the lacquer coat to achieve the colour and effect i was after, but once they'd started applying the second colour it soon became clear they weren't happy with the result, so rather than try and fob me off with a colour/effect that they didn't think was of the standard I desevered they contacted me, explained the issue, saying that they'd need to order a new powder colour to achieve what I'm looking for which they could get next day normally. Thus adding 2 days to the schedule which I was more than happy for them to do, I'd stressed to them not to worry about rushing to get it back to me because the schedule had slipped, and Sophie was reassuring in that she explained they wouldn't want to rush and risk the job not being up to standard. I'm very happy with the cost of the work that they put together for me, and along with the final result of my wheels, with them having gone from one being split, and three buckled, some badly kerb rashed in places, along with what looked like previous DIY poor attempts at filling damage and light corrosion to some of the wheels, to pristine new looking wheels. My only issue with WheelThing is that now they've transformed my wheels so amazingly it really shows up the bodywork of the car (which is my next major piece of restoration in my car restoration journey to have a respray) but yes I love my new wheels which have despite the additional repair work needed worked out far cheaper than either buying a matching 2nd hand restored set of wheels, or buying new wheels from jaguar, and even cheaper than buying a nice set of aftermarket wheels. Going this route has rather than buying new aftermarket wheels has kept originality to the car just with a more modern tweak to the colour rather than the pale washed out grey that they were. So a big well done to Sophie and all the guys that worked on my wheels, keep up your good standards of work, I'll be returning one day with the wife's car as well as happily recommending you to others. Please note that with the colour I have on my wheels now it's hard to do them justice with the photos attached as they look different shades in different lights but tge photos give you an idea. I've included a photo of one of the old wheels along with the crack in the alloy so you can see the kind of transformation they've gone through.

Wheel doctor did an incredible refurb on my BMW diamond cut alloys. They even recommended a different colour which look brilliant with my car’s colour. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great price and a top quality job.

Took 2 alloy wheels to be stripped and repainted. I should have taken pictures of the wheels b4. I could not believe how good they made these wheels look the like they were brand new. They matched the shade of colour to sample wheel I gave them, I will be taking the set I am taking off the car to them for full restoration when I put the new set on. I would absolutely be recommending them to anybody who needs their wheels refurbed. Great job 110%
