Took our MHD into this garage yesterday. KwikFit had replaced the exhaust - twice - but it was still blowing. Still under warranty, but really, sometimes you just have to give up with poor service. SMART specialists came up on my Google search, and so I booked our car in with them. We had to book well in advance. However, when I took it in I could see why - busy people. They quickly diagnosed the fault with the exhaust, and gave a quote to fix it. Furthermore they pointed out a few other things to do with suspension and engine mounts, so we agreed to a change. Our car wasn't driving very well, so we figured that SMART were on the ball and not trying to rip us off. Expected them to have the car for a few days sorting it out. Nope. They said it was ready only 5 hours after I had dropped it off. They even cleaned it properly. The bill was guessed by my wife, so was not unreasonable. On the way home then car felt great. Money well spent!!

Booked my 453 in over the phone and was asked what date was convenient. Received a reminder text 5 days before I was due to take the car in. They offered me a loan car which was required. Altogether a great full service and MOT and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them

Just had a major service on my 453 Smart FourTwo. From the booking system through to collection, I can't quite remember another small independent showing main stream franchises how to do the job properly. SCS did a superb service and more, over and above what was required. I couldn't recommend them higher and will be back next year when service is due. 10/10

I booked my Smart car in here recently, as I wasn't 100% satisfied with another local Smart specialist. All I can say is, so far I'm impressed! A major service, and the car now runs very well, including no glitches which I was experiencing before. The engineer, Sash, went through what they did in detail when I collected it. From booking with Michelle on reception, to collection, this was a very good experience. Don't hesitate to pay the deposit and wait a few weeks to be seen, as these guys know what they are doing. Well done!
