The team at this branch is friendly, knowledgeable and I have full trust in them when I hand my car over. They are impartial and never try to upsell me if it's not necessary.
Excellent bunch of professional people. They are very honest with their diagnosis and if a repair is not due then they will tell you when you should come back for replacement (example brake pads, tyre treads etc). Wayne is great to deal with who takes time to listen and properly guide. Overall highly recommended.
Second time I have been to Kwik Fit Surbiton in the last few months. Great experience, called to check availability, booked in for the next day and all resolved within the time specified. Staff were friendly and helpful.
