First time using Harding Auto Services. My car was booked in for a MOT I had a rear break light out that they fixed first for me. I was greeted by the mechanic on arrival and thought that was a nice personal touch. When entering the reception area I was greeted again by a nice gent who was very professional, friendly and had great customer service skills. After the MOT they called to let me know the MOT was done and passed. When collecting the car the mechanic talked with me about the car and the rear break light. Again I was impressed by the level of customer service. Entering the reception area to settle up, I was greeted and dealt with promptly. Thank you Harding Auto Services! A very happy new customer
