I’ve used Ashley MOT for the past 11 years. They are quick, helpful, reliable, honest and explain everything before carrying out any work. I never feel like they are being condescending or trying to rip me off (which has happened at other garages). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I always have my car's service and MOT at Ashley MOT Service Centre and recently took her in because of a leak of some sort. A test was undertaken - the cost having been given to me beforehand - and when they rang with the result I was told what was wrong but that it wasn't necessarily a serious issue and may even fix itself. However, to fix what it was would entail a huge amount of work and cost so they suggested monitoring it and if it got worse to go back. Well it has more or less resolved itself and as my car is due for her service and MOT next month I am happy with their advice. Many garages might have insisted the work was necessary but because of the expense Ashley advised monitoring. They are always up front about costs and will advise of additional costs before carrying out any work. Ashley MOT and Service is a great place with friendly staff and I'm very happy with them. My husband also has his car looked after there and has always been happy with what they've done.

Fair and thorough, two qualities you want from an MOT garage. Also, for any doubters, they don't do any repair work just the MOT's so no one can advise them for having a reason to fail. Used them for a bike mot for the first time this morning due to my preferred bike mechanic of nearly 40 years retiring. He used to use them too so can't be too bad i thought. It got done as soon as I pulled up and I got some advice on a little problem that needed sorting too. So yeah all pleasant in there and no b*******t or teeth sucking with a "well what i would do" was encountered.Oh and it passed so happy days.

Called at a short notice for MOT and they were able to fit me immediately. Took my car there and received the best service I've ever had at a motor centre. Paul was a genius who kept me fully entertained with his jokes while I waited 😂😂😂. Very friendly and professional team. It was a really great experience and would definitely recommend. Needless to say I'll be returning. Oh and also, the MOT was done within the hour. Excellent!

Great smooth experience. I called for MOT and was booked for the same day, went at the appointed time, was informed that they were running late by 10 minutes. The MOT was done on time with quick and efficient service. Liked the attitude of the team very positive environment. No pushy sales or false promises, prices reasonable. First visit yesterday. Took vehicle for MOT after conveniently booking appointment online only a day or two beforehand. Friendly, no nonsense staff. Owner conducted the MOT for my vehicle while I waited, then handed me my paperwork and wished me a good weekend. Took less than an hour from my arrival to completion. I will certainly return whenever any of my vehicles require an MOT.

If I would give them 10 stars. I had emergency situation with gear linking and planned EU trip two days later. I called all mechanics around and no one would help me. Magna carta despite fully booked, they were the only ones who were willing to help and asked me to come very early next day to check. It turned out that the problem was temporary and i cancelled as soon as I dicover it. But I'm still grateful that they treated me like a person in need and were the only who wanted to help. We need more people like you! Thank you!

Best garage around! We started using Hersham Service Station last year when our car developed a fault with the engine. After 4/5 unsuccessful visits to our previous garage we decided we needed to change. Our car was spending more time in the other garage than on our drive! From the start, we felt we were in safe hands with Greg and his team. Sarah-Jane chatted through what was happening with our car and with the help of Greg, his team and the brilliant facilities at Hersham they were able to diagnose and fix our car. New parts were ordered and replaced, and our car was back on the road. Greg came to the rescue again when a friend’s dog chewed through the seat belt in the boot! First time I'd been in touch with this company but would absolutely use them again. I had a puncture and the RAC didn't have a spare wheel so I called The Garage and they sprung into action! I called at 12pm and they had picked up the tyre from the supplier, driven to me roadside and replaced my tyre within an hour. Super happy with the service (both from the office and Dan, the guy who did the work) and would certainly recommend.

I was expecting my car to have multiple issues and cost a fortune to fix (previous garage experience) I saved up to have a proper service and MOT and was so surprised and delighted that the issues I had been told I had were just minor tweaks which were adjusted as part of the service. I was not taken for a ride (pardon the pun) and had a long list of the checks done and detailed results. I would recommend them to everyone. Amazing service from the minute I walked in! I needed the rust sorting on my campervan along with a few other minor issues. Everything was sorted and these guys went above and beyond to ensure my van was returned to me in excellent condition, including sorting a few of the problems out before I'd even been given a quote for the main work.
