From the first call to driving off with my car the experience was excellent. Straightforward communication, they did exactly what they said they would by clearing all advisories from the previous MOT and handing over the car perfectly clean, serviced with new MOT. I haven’t bought a car for a while so was a bit rusty and nervous and after some looking around and bad customer service from other dealers I am so pleased I found these guys. Just had an M.O.T and full service by John. Fantastic job on my car! John has great attention to detail and he is a perfectionist. Treats all cars like his own, notices what needs sorting and explains things very well. Car runs like new now -very smooth! John sorted out a lot on my car and quickly too. Very efficient!
