I have the privilege to speak to Katharine of Mitsubishi Normandy and what can I say. Katharine is a true representation of what does customer service should be. Katharine exerted all the effort and gave the best of her ability to help me out arranging a service plan for my car, gave me a lot of options to which I really felt her sincerity to help out, Katharine even assisted me on a separate issue I was having with my current breakdown eventhough it is not already on her remit. All in all, I am very very impressed and Mitsubishi Normandy is very lucky to have a member of staff like Katharine. What a pleasant experience dealing with Normandy Garage, Guildford.
