We cannot speak highly enough of Ken and the team at Transport Maintenance. We have used them for around 7 years now, ever since we got a personal recommendation. They are always so kind and friendly, often squeezing us in when we’re desperate and always have such good prices. They also recently went above and beyond to help us when both our cars were in desperate need of fixing and we cannot thank them enough for their help. We moved from the village 2 years ago but will continue to travel back for all our car needs due to continually being impressed by their trustworthiness, their knowledge and expertise, timeliness and fair pricing. Highly highly recommend!

Even when we moved away from the area, we always return here with both our cars. The quality of work is always of the highest standard. Ken and the team will take time to consult if there's ever any extra work needed and you know that they'll work hard to find the best solution. In 10 years, we've never had anything but excellent service. It's rare to find such honesty and quality nowadays but that's exactly what you get here. A big thank you to SE Autos who have just carried out a reasonably major job on my 3.2 TT. Its the type of job most garages don't want to take on due to the level on man hours and knowledge required. After my first call to them, they knew what was involved straight away (in detail) which was very reassuring. Also, a note to say how informative Jonny was and the extra length he went to in making sure the job was done the right way. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I have always had a great experience with Bellfields. They don't try to upsell or find unnecessary things to charge you for, so absolutely trustworthy. I first became a customer because I went to them to replace a fused bulb. The chap at reception replaced and fitted it for me, with no charge. I was sold and became a regular customer. Three days ago I went down to my allotment in Guildford as usual but when the time came to return home, I discovered that my offside rear tyre was flat. I’m in my 80’s and I can’t change a wheel like I used to, so I phoned the AA only to be told that unless you are stranded on a motorway or busy A road, there is no chance of being attended to for at least 2 hours. I rang Bellfields Autos and immediately I had a sympathetic ear from the reception team and within 15 minutes, an extremely helpful and courteous young mechanic had found me, and then proceeded to replace the faulty wheel with the spare so that I could get home. The following day, they informed me that the new tyre had been fitted and the spare could be replaced in the boot. Brilliant service all round! Their prices are very competitive as a bonus! Mr. J. Probably the best garage in the UK. Service,skill, and above all wonderful personal service with a smile.The owner is a true ‘Old School ‘ mechanic, with wonderful and intuitive solutions to just about every situation. The staff are great, helpful, and well trained . Their skills cover welding, and sort of mechanical solutions, bodywork , the team can cover it all . They work on most cars including the great classics , from pre-war vintage to modern Super cars.

I have just carried out my MOT at Motormech for my Vauxhall Astra and previously also had Motormech resolve some issues I had too. Maybe they could proactively update me a bit more on how my car is doing when in, but other than that, overall my experience so far has been excellent, particularly Tom and their Lead Technician (John?) who take the time to explain things properly. This garage saved me! Luggage strap got caught in the boot lock and I was unable to drive long distances without releasing the strap. They got the strap without damaging the strap or the boot. Had a great chat with the ladies in the office whilst the mechanic was hard at work. Highly recommend and their help meant I could drive a special person to where they needed to be! Thanks again

I had the best experience with Motormech after a well known company beginning with “H” failed my MOT with explanation of repairs at a very high price and couldn’t fix a blocked windscreen jet. They suggest I went to Motormech to get blockage fixed. Whilst there I showed them the failed MOT. They fixed the blockage in seconds and checked the car. There was no reason for the repairs works. I booked in my second MOT. It passed!!! They did recommend works that needed doing soon. A lovely company especially Mel and I won’t go anywhere else now. Customer service care 💯 and saw how she interacted with each customer. Don’t ever go to “H” garage. Go to Motormech !

I got my MOT done here. The receptionist was lovely and explained clearly the next steps for us since my car didn't pass. They were very helpful folks, and there were slots to choose from, especially for my second test.
