Took the wife’s touran in today I do all my own car maintenance and knew it was fairly sound car was impressed with how fast and courteous they are and advised on the the rear tyres which I knew about definitely use these guys again

A really good service, easy to book, with gentle reminders. Once at the workshop, the staff are polite and waiting area is clean and tidy and both times I have used the service the MOT has taken 30 minutes. Fully recommend.

I recently had an argument with a concrete post & lost & made a mess of the side of my car. I contacted Alpha Rapid & was given a quote that I accepted. The work itself took 4 days & I was given a courtesy car , which was a nice touch. When I collected my car, I actually walked past it! The work was fantastic, the car had been cleaned & there were dust covers all inside. Everyone there was so polite & friendly & I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In the nicest way I hope I don’t see them again, but if anything else happens I will definitely be back!

I took my M3 there to have a botched up alignment from another garage sorted. I dealt with a manager called Arron who couldn't have done more to help me. He was friendly listened to my concerns regarding a previous experience which he handled brilliantly. He put one of his top techs on the job and they completed the work in a good time. once the work was completed the tech took my car for test drive just to make sure everything was spot on. When I was handed the car back Aaron went through what was done and explained to me why the front camber can't be adjusted to specs as there is no facility on the car which I knew and is a consequence of installing lower than stock suspension. I really couldn't be happier with how the car handles now. I've used Protyre on and off now for a number of years and will continue to do so. Thank you.

Always friendly and fair prices. Slight problem with the online booking process. Booked an 8:30-10:30 slot and told my van should be ready by about 4 pm when I dropped it off! Was done by 10:30 when i said about the time slot I booked. Will use again
