We were a motorhome on way to the ferry when we found our service garage had over filled the oil by 1cm above the max fill level. Phoned loads of Ashford garages to have the extra drained out to no avail until Protyre. Lovely ladies on the desk got us in the following day, and then fitted us in early. 1 ltr of oil removed to max fill point by a lovely guy, who took care of us in a very friendly manner. We can only say thank you so much for fitting us in! Lovely people and a great service! On way to ferry now!

I recently took my car for its MOT at this workshop, and I wanted to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, which made me feel comfortable. Caitlin, who helped me throughout the process, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions about the MOT and explained what was needed clearly and in a way I could easily understand. I had an appointment, but I was not in a hurry and was perfectly fine with waiting a bit longer for such excellent service. It was nice to see that the team was so dedicated to ensuring everything was done correctly, which gave me peace of mind. While I was there, several people came in for walk-in appointments, and Caitlin was more than happy to assist everyone. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made a positive impact on the day. It was great to see such excellent customer service, and she truly is a credit to the Protyre team. Always friendly and fair prices. Slight problem with the online booking process. Booked an 8:30-10:30 slot and told my van should be ready by about 4 pm when I dropped it off! Was done by 10:30 when i said about the time slot I booked. Will use again
