I’ve been using pro tyre for many years now simply because of the great customer service provided by Garth. He goes above and beyond and I completely trust him to advise me on repairs etc for my car. He is a real asset. He always takes the time to explain everything to me so I know what work is required.Garth is definitely 10/10 .I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I took my M3 there to have a botched up alignment from another garage sorted. I dealt with a manager called Arron who couldn't have done more to help me. He was friendly listened to my concerns regarding a previous experience which he handled brilliantly. He put one of his top techs on the job and they completed the work in a good time. once the work was completed the tech took my car for test drive just to make sure everything was spot on. When I was handed the car back Aaron went through what was done and explained to me why the front camber can't be adjusted to specs as there is no facility on the car which I knew and is a consequence of installing lower than stock suspension. I really couldn't be happier with how the car handles now. I've used Protyre on and off now for a number of years and will continue to do so. Thank you.

Good customer service. Always try to get my car mot'd there. First time getting it serviced. Reasonably priced. Will use them again.
