Went in today in a crisis with my brothers ford K.A .. all staff where smiling happy and polite. The gentleman in the office was so kind and helpful!!! Even tho they are very busy and can't help me till next week they still go the extra mile and said they will try have the work done before of possible !! Im happy with there service and honesty!! This could quite possible be my go to garage very very competitive prices compared to most local garages and happy to help and do all they can to make the experience better. Let's face it nobody wants to spend money on car repairs I almost feel happy paying these guys. Keep up the good work guys
During a visit to Hythe, i discovered an issue with the oil level of my car. I phoned the garage, and they said if i dropped it off, they would take a look. I received a friendly, efficient, professional, and cost-effective service from my initial phone call to picking the car up (a few hours later). If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to garage. Thanks, Chris and team!
